1. Update Android

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Look and press About.
  3. Press System update.
  4. Press Check update.
  5. Your device will automatically tell you if you want to update. Press Yes to confirm.
  6. Wait for your device to finish installing the update.
  7. Run Google Play Store accept the terms.
  8. Then download the apps you want to install

2. Update Application

  1. Go to Google Play Store.
  2. Click the icon with three horizontal line.
  3. Click My apps & games.
  4. Here, update all your applications and check all installed applications including the ones you have installed using the secondary account.

3. Clear Google Play Store cache

"Android error code 505 Play Store" may also occur if you have a secondary account. The Google Play Store cache of the primary and secondary sometimes get mixed up and cause the error. Please clear cache and try using Google play store again.

  1. Disconnect to your internet connection.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Look for Application.
  4. Look for Google play store and press Disable/Force to stop.
  5. Press clear cache and press Delete to confirm.
  6. Now, back to application look for Google Play Services.
  7. Go storage and press clear cache.
  8. Then press Manage storage, then press Clear All data, and then press OK to confirm.
  9. Now reconnect to your internet connection.
  10. Run Google Play Store accept the terms.
  11. Then download the apps you want to install.

4. Reset to Factory Setting
