1. Check Xbox lens and clean disc

  1. Check if the disc has dust, rub it using a soft cotton cloth with a little isopropyl alcohol and then air dry it.
  2. Check if the disc has a deep scratch, replace it.
  3. Check if the game disc is supported by your Xbox 360.

  1. Click the Guide button on the controller.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select System Settings.
  3. Select Memory or Storage.
  4. Highlight any of the storage, and press Y on the controller.
  5. Select Clear System Cache.
  6. Select Yes to confirm.
  7. Turn off your Xbox 360.
  8. Unplug it for at least three minutes.
