1. Restart the TiVo box

2. Check all connections to make sure they are secure
1.Open the TiVo Desktop and click on the TiVo icon. 2.Select the Settings tab. 3.Select Network. 4.Check the Security Status for all connections and make sure they are secure. 5.If necessary, change the security settings for each connection. 6.Click on the OK button to save your changes.
3. Check for updates for the TiVo software
- Open the TiVo software.
- Select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Check for Updates.
- If there are any updates available, they will be displayed.
- If there are any updates available, select Install.
- The updates will be installed.
