How do you fix the error code 00XB10666?

The error code 00xb10666 indicates that there is an issue with the Baseband Bootloader on the device. This error can occur if the bootloader is corrupt or if there is an issue with the flashing process.

1. Restart your computer and try again

  1. If the problem is with the operating system, you can restart your computer by pressing the power button and then clicking the "Restart" button on the computer’s desktop.
  2. If the problem is with the software on your computer, you can try to reinstall the software by pressing the Windows key + R and typing "regedit" in the run box.
  3. If the problem is with the hardware on your computer, you can try to restart your computer by pressing the power button and then clicking the "Restart" button on the computer’s desktop.

2. Update your drivers

  1. Open Device Manager by clicking on the Start button, typing “devmgmt.msc” in the Start Search bar, and pressing Enter.
  2. In the Device Manager window, under the Include a list of device files section, right-click on the device that you want to update and select Properties.
  3. On the Driver tab, under the Details heading, click on the Update Driver button.
  4. In the Driver Update Wizard window, click on the Browse my computer for driver software box, and then click on the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer button.
  5. In the Select a driver to update window, click on the Browse my computer for driver software box, and then click on the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer button.
  6. In the Select a driver to update window, under the System Devices heading, click on the Universal Serial Bus controllers category.
  7. Under the Universal Serial Bus controllers category, click on the Universal Serial Bus Controller (USB2) drivers folder.
  8. Under the Universal Serial Bus Controller (USB2) drivers folder, click on the Windows 8.1 x64 Driver for the Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller.
  9. In the Update Driver Wizard window, click on the Finish button.
  10. Close the Driver Manager window.

3. Reinstall your drivers

  1. Expand Display Adapters
  2. Right-click the device name that you are experiencing the error on and select uninstall
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to uninstall the driver
  4. Reboot your computer
  5. Install the latest driver from the manufacturer website
  6. Reboot your computer again
  7. Try the game again

4. Try a different USB port

  1. If the problem is with the USB port on the computer, try using a different USB port.
  2. If the problem is with the USB device, try connecting it to another computer.
  3. If the problem is with the USB driver, try installing a new driver.

5. Try a different USB cable

  1. Remove all USB devices from the computer.
  2. Remove the USB cable from the computer.
  3. Connect the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer.
  4. Try to connect the USB device to the computer again.

6. Try a different USB device

  1. Inspect the USB ports on your computer to determine if they are properly seated in your device and your device in the ports.
  2. If the ports are properly seated and your device is properly plugged in, try plugging in another USB device to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the drivers for your device.
  3. If reinstalling the drivers does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace your device.
