1. Update your graphics card driver

  1. Open the driver installer program that came with your graphics card.
  2. If you have a Windows 10 operating system, select the Update driver option in the driver installation wizard.
  3. If you have a Windows 8.1 operating system, select the Update driver option in the device manager.
  4. If you have a Windows 8 operating system, select the Update driver option in the Windows Update window.
  5. If you have a Windows 7 operating system, select the Update driver option in the device manager.
  6. If you have a Mac OS, select the Update driver option in the Apple menu.

2. Update your Windows

  1. Open the Start Menu and select Settings.
  2. Select Update & Security.

  6. Click on the Install updates button.
  7. Windows will start to install the updates.

  1. Open the DirectX Control Panel
  2. Click on "Update Driver"
  3. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software"
  4. Locate and click on the "Windows Update" link
  5. Click on "OK"

4. Update your sound card driver

  1. Go to the manufacturer's website and locate the driver for your sound card.
  2. Double-click on the downloaded driver file to install it.

5. Update your network card driver

In order to update your network card driver in order to fix 17193, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. If prompted, enter the administrator password to continue.
  4. Once your computer has restarted, open Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + X and clicking Device Manager.
  5. Under Network adapters, right-click your network card and select Update Driver.
  6. If the Update Driver Wizard appears, follow the instructions to install the driver.
  7. Once the driver has been installed, restart your computer.
  8. If prompted, enter the administrator password to continue.
  9. Open Device Manager and check that the network card has been updated.
