Adobe error code P1 is a type of error that can occur when you try to launch or use an Adobe application. In some cases, adobe error code P1 can also be caused by a virus or other malicious software. If you are experiencing this error, you may be able to fix it by repairing the application, resetting the preferences file, or uninstalling and then reinstalling the Adobe application.

1. Check for updates and install the latest update for Adobe Creative Cloud

  1. Launch Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
  2. Select Help > Check for Updates.
  3. If an update is available, Adobe Creative Cloud will prompt you to install it.
  4. Click Install to start the update process.
  5. If the update is successful, Adobe Creative Cloud will notify you and update the app icon.

2. Restart your computer

  1. Type "cmd" and press Enter.
  2. Type "restart" and press Enter.
  3. After your computer restarts, sign in to Windows.
  4. Type "adoberestart" and press Enter.

3. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove any leftover files or data from a previous installation

  1. Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
  2. Click on the “Start Cleaning” button.
  3. Use the search bar to find and select the installation you want to clean.
  4. Click on the “Next” button.
  5. Use the “Select Files and Folders” button to select the files and folders you want to clean.
  6. Click on the “Next” button.
  7. Use the “Remove Files” button to remove the files and folders you selected.
  8. Click on the “Finish” button.
