1. Check your internet connection and try again

  1. In the Amazon Flex app, open the Settings menu.
  2. Under the General tab, tap Check for updates.
  3. If there are any updates available, the Amazon Flex app will display a message indicating that updates are available.
  4. Tap OK to download and install the updates.
  5. When the updates are complete, the Amazon Flex app will reopen and you will be prompted to restart it. Tap Yes to restart the app.
