1. Check your internet connection

2. Restart your game

  1. Restart your console
  2. Enter coconuts
  3. Enter the "reset game" option
  4. Enter your code

3. Reset your router

  1. Power off your router and unplug it from your computer.
  2. Remove the screws that hold the cover on your router.
  3. Lift the cover off of your router.
  4. Remove the screws that hold the motherboard in place.
  5. Disconnect the wires that connect the motherboard to the cover.
  6. Place the motherboard upside down on a flat surface.
  7. Replace the screws that hold the motherboard in place and replace the cover.
  8. Reconnect the wires to the motherboard.
  9. Power on your router and wait for it to finish loading the initial settings.
  10. Go to the admin section of your router and enter the default IP address into the address field.
  11. Enter the default username and password into the login fields and click the login button.
  12. Click the reset button to reset your router.

  8. A new window will open with several contact options.
  9. Click on the "Contact Your ISP" link in the top right corner of the new window.
  10. On the Contact Your ISP page, enter your bungie.net login credentials and click "Submit."
  11. A new window will open with several contact options.
  12. Click on the "Contact Us" link in the top right corner of the new window.
  13. On the Contact Us page, enter your bungie.net login credentials and click "Submit."
  14. Your ISP will be able to help you fix the bungie error code coconut.
