Chase error code 50106 occurs when a customer's bank account is frozen or otherwise unable to be accessed. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including suspected fraud or malicious activity, a court order, or an error on the part of the bank. When this error code occurs, it is generally because the customer is unable to access their funds and may need to take steps to unfreeze their account. In some cases, this error code may also be caused by a technical issue on the part of the bank.

  2. On the main page, click on the "Account" tab
  3. On the "Account" tab, under "Account Status" click on "View account details"
  4. On the "View account details" page, under the "Account Information" section, click on "Status"
  5. On the "Status" page, under the "Account Activity" section, click on "View account activity"
  6. On the "View account activity" page, under the "Account Activity History" section, click on "View account transactions"
  7. On the "View account transactions" page, under the "Transaction History" section, click on "View History of Transactions"
  8. On the "View History of Transactions" page, under the "Transaction Details" section, review the "Chase Error Code" and "Account Status" fields to see if there are any issues that need to be resolved in order to fix chase error code 50106.
