How to fix Decompression Failed with error code -14?

Decompression failed with error code-14 is an error that can occur when decompressing files. This error can occur for a number of reasons, but most often it is caused by incorrect or incomplete decompression software, or by using the wrong decompression software for the file type.

1. Check the file path for the compressed file

  9. Open the new file in a decompression program
  10. Check the file size. If the file size is incorrect, click on the "Fix decompression failed with error code-14" button to correct the problem.
