1. Check your internet connection

  1. Launch the "Network and Sharing Center" by clicking on the Start button and selecting "Network and Sharing Center."
  2. Under the "Network and Internet Connections" heading, click on "View basic information."
  3. In the "Status" column, you will see a "Connected" status if your internet is working properly. If your internet is not working properly, you will see a "Not connected" status.

  1. Launch the Destiny Stork application on your computer.
  2. Click on the "Deleting Destiny Stork application" link on the main menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to delete the Destiny Stork application.
  4. Reinstall the Destiny Stork application if prompted.
