1. Check the internet connection and try again

  2. Click the "Settings" link on the home page.
  3. Click the "Connection" tab.
  4. Check the "Status" column to see if the connection is working.
  5. If the connection is not working, try to restart your computer.
  6. If the connection is still not working, try to troubleshoot the problem by following the steps below. a. Check if the internet connection is properly configured. b. 2. Check the power supply and try again

To check the power supply, first turn off the power to the ellume system by unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet. Next, disconnect the power cord from the ellume system. Finally, check to make sure that the ellume system is not plugged into an outlet that is being used by another electrical device. Once the ellume system is unplugged and the power is checked, plug the power cord back in and turn on the ellume system. If the ellume system still experiences an ellume error code 20, then the power supply could be the problem and should be replaced.

3. Check for updates and try again

  1. On your computer, open the ellume website.
  2. On the ellume website, click the ellume logo in the top-left corner.
  3. On the ellume website, click the ellume menu in the top-left corner.
  4. On the ellume website, click the ellume Updates tab.
  5. On the ellume website, click the ellume Check for Updates button.
  6. On the ellume website, ellume will check for updates and if there are any, ellume will offer to install them.
  7. If there are any updates, ellume will offer to install them.
  8. If you decide not to install the updates, ellume will return you to the ellume Updates tab.
  9. If you decide to install the updates, ellume will ask if you want to restart your computer.
  10. If you decide to restart your computer, ellume will do so.

  1. Launch the Ellume app and sign in.
  2. Click on the "Support" icon in the top left corner of the app.
  3. Select "Contact Support" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
  6. Click on the link in the email to open the "Contact Support" form.
  7. Enter your problem details and click "Submit".
  8. A representative from Ellume will contact you to help resolve your issue.
