How do I fix error 3313 on Hulu?

1. Check your internet connection

  1. Open the Windows "Network and Sharing Center" by clicking on the Start button, typing "Network and Sharing Center" in the search field and clicking on the result.
  2. Click on the "Change adapter settings" link in the left panel.
  3. Right click on the network adapter you want to check and click on "Properties".
  4. In the "Properties" dialog box, click on the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" tab.
  5. In the "General" section, make sure that the "Use the following DNS servers" option is selected and type the following addresses in the "Primary DNS server" and "Secondary DNS server" fields. 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
  6. Click on the "OK" button to close the "Properties" dialog box.
  7. Restart your computer to apply the changes.

2. Try restarting your device

  1. On your device, open Settings.
  2. Under General, tap Reset.
  3. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  4. Enter your PIN code if prompted.
  5. Tap Reset Settings.
  6. Tap Restore Defaults.
  7. Tap OK.
  8. Tap Restart.
  9. Tap OK to restart your device.

3. Update your Hulu app

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to hulu.com
  2. On the main page, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the page
  3. On the left side of the page, click on “Settings”
  4. On the “Settings” page, click on “General”
  5. On the “General” page, click on the “Update Your App” button
  6. On the “Update Your App” page, enter your account information and click on the “Update” button
  7. If you are prompted to download the latest version of the Hulu app, click on the “Download” button and install the update
  8. Once the update is complete, click on the “OK” button on the “Update Your App” page
  9. Your Hulu app should now be working correctly

4. Check for updates to your operating system

  1. On the left side, click “View all updates”.
  2. In the "Update types" column, click "Available updates".
  3. In the "Available updates" section, click "Windows Update".
  4. On the right side, under "Updates," click "Check for updates."
  5. If Windows Update detects an update, it will list the update in the "Available updates" section and will offer to install it. If you want to wait for the update to be downloaded and installed, click "Download updates now."
  6. If you want to install the update right away, click "Install updates now."
  7. When the update is installed, Windows will restart.

5. Delete and reinstall the Hulu app

  1. Launch the Hulu app on your device.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the app.
  3. Select "Settings."
  4. Scroll down to "Applications."
  5. Select "Hulu."
  6. Tap on "Remove."
  7. Tap on "Install."
  8. Enter your Hulu account information.
  9. Tap on "OK."
  10. Launch the Hulu app.
  11. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the app.
  12. Select "Settings."
  13. Scroll down to "Applications."
  14. Select "Hulu."
  15. Tap on "Update."
  16. If prompted, enter your Hulu account information.
  17. Tap on "Install."
  18. If prompted, enter your Hulu account password.
  19. Tap on "OK."
