1. Restart your computer and try launching the game again

  4. Select your operating system, and then press F10 to start it.
  5. Once your computer has started, select "Safe Mode With Networking" from the boot menu.

  13. If the game still does not launch, repeat steps 5-12, this time selecting "Repair Your Computer" from the boot menu.
