How do I fix error code 101102?

A 101102 error code indicates that there was a problem communicating with the server. This can be caused by a variety of factors, including a slow or unreliable internet connection, a problem with the server itself, or a problem with the network.

1. Check your internet connection

  1. Open your internet browser and type in "network tools"
  2. On the window that pops up, click on "network connections"
  3. On the left hand side, you will see your current connection and the status of your internet connection.
  4. If you are experiencing an error code 101102, you will need to check your internet connection by clicking on "properties" on the right hand side.
  5. In the properties window, you will need to check the "connections" tab and make sure that the "active" connection is set to "direct connection". If it is not, you will need to set it to "direct connection" and then try reconnecting to the internet.
  6. If you are still experiencing an error code 101102, you will need to contact your internet service provider in order to fix the issue.

2. Try again later

First, verify that there is not an issue with your hardware. If there is no issue with your hardware, then check to see if you have entered the incorrect user name and password. If you have entered the incorrect user name and password, then you will need to reset your user name and password. After you have reset your user name and password, you will need to try to sign in again.

3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies

  1. Open your browser and navigate to the website that is causing the error.
  2. On the website, click on the link that is causing the error.
  3. On the page that opens, click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
  4. In the gear menu, click on the Clear Cache and Cookies button.
  5. Click on the OK button.
  6. Click on the Reload page button in the top left corner of the browser window.
  7. If the error has been resolved, you will see a message that says "Cache and Cookies have been cleared."

4. Contact your ISP or website administrator

  1. Verify that you are experiencing an error with your website or ISP.
  2. Verify that you have the most current version of your website or ISP's software.
  3. If you are experiencing an error with your website or ISP, contact your website or ISP administrator for assistance.
  4. If you are unable to contact your website or ISP administrator, contact your hosting provider or system administrator.

5. Try using a different browser

The first step would be to try using a different browser. Some browsers that have been known to work include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer. If you are using a mobile device, try using a different browser app. If you are using a desktop computer, the next step would be to try reinstalling your browser.
