Error code 110 indicates that a connection to the server has timed out. This can happen for a number of reasons, including:

-The request is taking too long and is timing out

1. Restart your computer

  1. Open the Start menu and search for "Restart"
  2. Click on the "Restart" button that appears in the results

3. Roll back your drivers

There are a few different steps that need to be followed in order to roll back your drivers in order to fix error code 110. The first step is to open Device Manager. Next, you will need to locate the device that is causing the issue and right-click on it. From here, you will select "Rollback Driver." After doing this, you will need to reboot your computer in order to apply the new driver.

4. Reinstall your drivers

  1. Locate your Windows installation media. If you installed Windows on a removable drive, you can locate it by entering the following command: C:\
  2. Insert the Windows installation media into your computer.
  3. Boot your computer from the installation media.
  4. If you installed Windows on a hard drive, enter the following command to start the Windows installation: bcdedit /set {current} device bootable
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows.
  6. When the installation is complete, restart your computer.
  7. After your computer restarts, enter the following command to check for updates: bcdedit /set {current} device updates
  8. If there are updates available, follow the on-screen instructions to install them.
  9. When the updates are installed, restart your computer.
  10. After your computer restarts, enter the following command to check for driver updates: bcdedit /set {current} device driver updates
  11. If there are driver updates available, follow the on-screen instructions to install them.
  12. When the driver updates are installed, restart your computer.
  13. After your computer restarts, enter the following command to check for software updates: bcdedit /set {current} device software updates
  14. If there are software updates available, follow the on-screen instructions to install them.
  15. When the software updates are installed, restart your computer.
  16. After your computer restarts, enter the following command to check for Windows updates: bcdedit /set {current} device windows updates

5. Run a virus scan

  1. Open the computer's System Configuration Utility by clicking the Start button, typing "cmd" and pressing Enter.
  2. Type "net start msconfig" and press Enter.
  3. Click the "Startup" tab and under "System Services," click "VirusScan."
  4. In the "VirusScan" window, click the "Scan" button.
  5. In the "Scanning" window, click the "Check now" button.
  6. In the "Results" window, if the error code is 1105, click the "Fix" button.
  7. If the error code is not 1105, click the "Finish" button.

6. Run a malware scan

To run a malware scan in order to fix error code 110, follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, open the Windows Defender Antivirus program.
  2. Click the Scan Now button.
  3. In the Scan Type field, select Custom Scan.
  4. In the Custom Scan Type dialog box, select the Malware scan type.
  5. In the Detection Type field, select the type of malware you want to scan.
  6. In the Files of Type field, select the type of files that Windows Defender Antivirus can scan.
  7. Click the Start Scan button.
  8. When the scan is complete, click the Fix Results button to fix the error code.
