This error code indicates that there is an issue with the account's billing information. This could be because the credit card on file is expired, or because there is a problem with the billing address.

1. Restart your computer and try again

Open the "Restart" menu and select "Restart now." Wait for your computer to restart. Once your computer has restarted, click the "Start" button and then click "Computer." Type "regedit" in the "Search" bar and click "OK." Locate the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\Client\Scripts\3\Errors\118-0502.txt Right-click on the key and select "Delete." Close the registry editor. Try to update your computer again.

2. Update your drivers

The first step is to ensure that the drivers that are needed for your computer are up to date. To do this, you can go to the manufacturer's website and do a driver search for your specific model of computer. Once you have found the correct driver, you will need to download and install it. After you have installed the driver, you will need to restart your computer in order to apply the changes. If the error code persists, you may need to contact your hardware manufacturer for further assistance.

3. Reinstall the game

  1. If you have the game disc, insert it into your Xbox One.

  2. If you don't have the game disc, you can download it from the Xbox One dashboard.

  3. On the Xbox One dashboard, select My Games and Apps.

  4. Select the game you want to reinstall and click Reinstall.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall the game.

  6. If the game reinstall is successful, select your game and click Play.

  7. If the game reinstall is not successful, follow the steps below to fix error code 118-0502.

  8. If you have the game disc, insert it into your Xbox One.

  9. If you don't have the game disc, you can download it from the Xbox One dashboard.

  10. On the Xbox One dashboard, select My Games and Apps.

  11. Select the game you want to reinstall and click Uninstall.

  12. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the game.

  13. If the game uninstall is successful, select your game and click Play.

  14. If the game uninstall is not successful, follow the steps below to fix error code 118-0502.

  15. On your computer, open the Xbox One dashboard.

  16. Connect to your Xbox One using the Xbox One cable.

  17. In the Xbox One dashboard, select System.

  18. Under System, select Games and Apps.

  19. Under Games and Apps, select the game you want to fix.

  20. Under Game Data, select the file you want to fix.

  21. Under File Options, select Repair.

  22. Follow the on-screen instructions to fix the game.

4. Verify the game files

  1. Verify the game files in the installation directory.
  2. Verify the game files in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2" directory.
  3. Verify the game files in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2" directory.
  4. Verify the game files in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2" directory.

5. Delete the game files and reinstall the game

  1. Navigate to the game install folder
  2. Delete the "Star Wars Battlefront" folder
  3. Reinstall the game
  4. Enter the game and select "Create a new profile"
  5. Enter your Origin account credentials
  6. Select the game language and region
  7. Click "Next"
  8. On the "Games" tab, select "Battlefront"
  9. On the "Data" tab, select "Battlefront.ini"
  10. Click "Delete"
  11. Click "Yes" to confirm

6. Contact customer support

  1. Open the Microsoft Office Help system.
