The error code -14 is a code that indicates there is an error with the application installation. 1. Check your internet connection

  1. Open up a web browser and type in "www.speedtest.net".
  2. When the page pops up, click on the "Start Test" button.
  3. Wait for the test to finish and then click on the "Results" button.
  4. On the "Results" page, look for the "Ping" column and click on the "Raw" link next to it.
  5. Copy and paste the results into a text document for later use.
  6. Go back to the "Results" page and click on the "Client" link.

  9. Right-click on the file and select "extract all".
  10. Go to the extracted file and open it up in a text editor.
  11. Look for the "DNS" section and find the "A" record.
  12. Look for the "Host" column and find the IP address that corresponds to the "A" record.
  13. Open up a command prompt and type in "ipconfig".
  14. Look for the "IPv4 Address" and "IPv6 Address" fields and write down the values that are listed.

2. Try restarting your computer

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. If the error persists, try troubleshooting your computer by performing a hard reset.
  3. If the error still persists, try repairing your computer by installing the latest drivers and software.

3. Update your browser

  1. In your browser, click the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
  2. On the "General" tab, click on the "Advanced" button.
  3. In the "Internet Options" window, click on the "Security" tab.
  4. In the "Security" tab, click on the "Content Level" button.
  5. In the "Content Level" window, click on the "Enable JavaScript" check box.
  6. Click on the "OK" button to close the "Internet Options" window.
  7. Click on the "Refresh" button in your browser to reload the pages.
