Error code 30015-11 is a Windows update error. This error code indicates that the Windows Update service is not running. 1. Check your internet connection and try again

  9. In the "Download" window, click on the "Windows Update" file that you downloaded earlier.
  10. Click on the "Install updates" button.
  11. If you see the "Windows failed to install the update (30015-11)" error code, click on the "Reset" button.
  12. In the "Reset" window, click on the "Yes" button.
  13. After the "Windows Update" installation has completed, restart your computer.
