How to Fix Error Code 30015-11?

Error code 30015-11 is a Windows update error. This error code indicates that the Windows Update service is not running. The Windows Update service is responsible for downloading and installing updates for the Windows operating system. This error code can occur if the Windows Update service is not running or if the service is disabled.

1. Check your internet connection and try again

  1. Open the internet browser on your device and type in the address of the website you were trying to visit.
  2. If you are able to visit the website, try to press the back button on your device to return to the previous page.
  3. If you are still unable to access the website, try to restart your device. If you are still unable to access the website, please contact your service provider.

2. If you're using a proxy, disable it and try again

  1. Open your internet browser and type the following into the address bar: chrome://settings/network
  2. On the Network Settings page, under the "Proxy" heading, click the "Disable proxy" button.
  3. Click the "OK" button to confirm.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Try visiting the website again.

3. Update your antivirus software and run a scan

Note: Follow the instructions for your specific antivirus software.

  1. Open your antivirus software and check for updates.
  2. If there are updates available, click on the "Install Updates" button.
  3. Once the updates are installed, click on the "Scan" button to start the scan.
  4. If there are any detected errors, click on the "Fix" button to fix them.

4. Temporarily disable your firewall and try again

  1. Open your firewall software.
  2. Click on the Firewall Status tab.
  3. In the Status column, click the Disable button.
  4. Click on the Enable button to re-enable your firewall.
  5. Try to connect to the website again.

5. Try installing the latest Windows Updates

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your computer.
  2. Click on "Windows Update" in the Settings app.
  3. If you don't see Windows Update in the Settings app, click on the "Windows Update" icon on the taskbar and then click on "Windows Update."
  4. In the Windows Update window, click on the "Check for updates" button.
  5. If you see the "There are no updates available" error code, click on the "Advanced options" button and then click on the "Windows update settings" button.
  6. In the Windows Update settings window, click on the "Install updates from sources" button.
  7. In the "Install updates from sources" window, click on the "Browse" button.
  8. In the "Browse" window, click on the "Download" button.
  9. In the "Download" window, click on the "Windows Update" file that you downloaded earlier.
  10. Click on the "Install updates" button.
  11. If you see the "Windows failed to install the update (30015-11)" error code, click on the "Reset" button.
  12. In the "Reset" window, click on the "Yes" button.
  13. After the "Windows Update" installation has completed, restart your computer.
