1. Restart your device

  1. If your device is off, press and hold the power button for at least 8 seconds until the device powers on.

  10. Select Settings from the menu that appears
  11. Under the History section, click on the Clear History button
  12. Click on the Reload page button
  13. If the error persists, click on the Clear Cache button
  14. Click on the Reload page button again
  15. If the error persists, click on the Clear Cookies and Data button
