Solution 1. Update Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Flash Player

“Firefox Flash error 2032” could be caused by your Firefox version or your Adobe Flash Player, which do not support the each other.  You may want to update your applications to the latest versions.

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox then click the link here
  2. Optional: Click Check Now to check your version.
  3. Then, click Adobe Flash Player download.
  4. From the next webpage, uncheck the Optional offers and then click Install Now.
  5. Now, run the flashplayer.exe that was downloaded. 
  6. Click next and wait until the installation is finished.
  7. Restart Mozilla Firefox and try again.

Solution 2. Fix registry and clear cache

If solution 1 is already implemented and “Firefox flash error 2032” still persists, it is possible you have a registry and a cache problem. Run CClearner, it could solve the registry and a cache problem. Download it here, and see instructions below.

  1. After the download, install and run CCleaner.

  3. Click Analyze and wait.
  4. When the process is done, click Run Cleaner.
  5. Now click Registry, then click Scan for Issues and wait again.
  6. Then, click Fix Selected Issues.
  7. Try to run Mozilla Firefox.
