1. Check your internet connection

2. Uninstall and reinstall the Hulu app

Enter your password if you have enabled password protection. Tap on the Reset button again. Tap on the Finish button. From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Quick Settings menu. Tap on the Settings icon. Tap on the General tab. Tap on the Reset button. Tap on the Erase All Data button. Tap on the Erase All Content and Settings button. Tap on the OK button. From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Quick Settings menu. Tap on the Settings icon. Tap on the General tab. Tap on the Reset button. Tap on the Erase All Data button. Tap on the Reset button again. Enter your password if you have enabled password protection. Tap on the Erase All Content and Settings button. Tap on the OK button.

4. Clear the Hulu app's cache

  1. Open the Hulu app on your device.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Select "Settings."
  4. Under "General," tap on "Storage."
  5. Select "Clear Cache."
  6. Tap on "Clear Cache."
  7. If prompted, confirm that you want to clear the cache.
  8. If the cache has been cleared, the Hulu app should work properly.
