Kaspersky error code 2710634497 is a general protection fault error that can occur when using the Kaspersky Internet Security software. This error is typically caused by a conflict with another piece of software on your computer, or by a corrupted Kaspersky installation file. In some cases, this error can also be caused by a virus or other malicious software. If you are seeing this error, it is recommended that you uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security and then reinstall it.

1. Disable your anti-virus software and then try installing Kaspersky again

  1. Open your anti-virus software and click on the "Tools" tab.
  2. Click on "Disable Protection" button.
  3. Click on "Yes" button to confirm the disablement.
  4. Click on "OK" button to close the window.
  5. Try to install Kaspersky again. If the error code 2710634497 still occurs, please consult your anti-virus software's support page for more help.

2. Make sure that you are logged in as an administrator when installing Kaspersky

  1. In the Kaspersky Control Panel, click on the Administration tab.
  2. Under the Administration area, click on the Accounts and authentication area.
  3. In the Accounts and authentication area, click on the Login button.
  4. In the Login window, enter your administrator user name and password.
  5. Click on the Log in button.
  6. If you are not logged in as an administrator, you will be prompted to enter your administrator user name and password.
  7. Click on the OK button.

3. Temporarily disable your firewall and then try installing Kaspersky again

Step 1: Open the Control Panel. Step 2: Click on System and Security. Step 3: Click on Firewall. Step 4: Click on the Disable button. Step 5: Click on the Enable button. Step 6: Click on the Apply button.

If you didn't find success with an option above, then try:

  1. Use the Kaspersky Cleaner Tool to remove any remnants of previous Kaspersky installations from your computer.
  2. Download and run the Kaspersky Lab Products Remover.
  3. Restart your computer and then try installing Kaspersky again.
  4. Contact Kaspersky Support for further assistance.
