1. Restart your device

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the App Drawer.
  2. Tap on the Netflix app.
  3. Tap on the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. Tap on the Restart button.
