  6. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner again to return to the main screen.
  7. Tap on "Accounts."

  10. If you're not prompted to enter your password, tap on "Log in."
  11. If you're still not prompted to enter your password, tap on "Forgot your password?"
  12. If you're prompted to enter your email address, do so and tap on "OK."
  13. If you're not prompted to enter your email address, tap on "Log in."
  14. If you're still not prompted to enter your email address, tap on "Forgot your email address?"
  15. If you're still not prompted to enter your email address, tap on "Try again later."

3. Clear the OfferUp app cache

  1. From your device's Home screen, open the Settings app
  2. Navigate to General
  3. Under "Application management," tap on OfferUp
  4. Tap on the Clear Cache button
  5. Confirm your choice by tapping on the Clear Cache button again
  6. Restart your device if prompted to do so

4. Contact OfferUp support

  1. Go to OfferUp support page
  2. Enter offerup error code r37kprmm in the search bar
  3. Select the relevant help section
  4. Follow the instructions provided
