1. Update QuickBooks to the latest release

To update QuickBooks, first open the program and click on the “Help” tab. Then, click on “QuickBooks Update”. On the next screen, you will be prompted to select the version of QuickBooks to update. Click on “Select a version” and then select the latest release. After selecting the version, you will be prompted to select the areas of QuickBooks to update. 2. Run the QuickBooks File Doctor

  1. Open the QuickBooks File Doctor app.

  3. Click on the “Fix” button.
