1. Check your internet connection and try again

  12. Click on the “Browser” button in the top left corner of the screen.
  13. Click on the “Default” option from the “Browser Type” drop-down menu.
  14. Click on the “OK” button to save your changes.
  15. Close your web browser and start roblox again.
