1. Restart your device and try again

  5. Tap Restart network.
  6. If prompted, tap OK.
  7. Wait a few minutes for the network to restart.

2. Check for updates and install any that are available

  1. Open the Control Panel.

Select the "App" you want to delete. Click on the "Delete" button. Select "Yes, delete my account and all associated apps" and click on the "Delete App" button. Reinstall the app from the App Store. Enter your Spectrum username and password and click on the "Install" button. Enter your account number and click on the "Next" button. Select the "Install from the App Store" option. Enter your account type ( Residential, Student, or Business) and click on the "Next" button. Select the "Pre-approved app" option and click on the "Next" button. Enter the app password and click on the "Next" button. Select the "Install" option and click on the "Install" button. Enter your account number and click on the "Next" button. Select the "I Agree" option and click on the "Next" button. Select the "Activate App" option and click on the "Activate App" button. Enter your account number and click on the "Next" button. Select the "Yes, Activate My App" option and click on the "Yes, Activate My App" button. Your app will now be activated and you will be able to use it.

4. Contact customer support

  1. Open the Spectrum app and tap on the "Settings" icon.
  2. Tap on "Contact Us" and enter your contact information.
  3. Tap on "Submit" and wait for a response from Spectrum.
  4. If Spectrum is able to fix the issue, they will contact you and provide instructions on how to proceed. If Spectrum is not able to fix the issue, they will provide instructions on how to cancel your service.
