Select System and Security. Select Device Manager. On the left side of the Device Manager window, under Other Devices, select USB Input Device. If you are using a USB 2.0 cable, under USB Input Devices, select Human Interface Device. If you are using a USB 3.0 cable, under USB Input Devices, select Universal Serial Bus Controller. If the TV is not detecting the TV stick, under USB Input Devices, select TV/Video Device. If the TV stick is detected, under USB Input Devices, select TV Stick. Under the Details tab, under Device Status, click the arrow next to Status. Under the Details tab, under Driver Version, click the arrow next to Driver Version. Under the Details tab, under Details, click the Update Driver button. If you are using a USB 2.0 cable, select the appropriate driver from the list. If you are using a USB 3.0 cable, select the appropriate driver from the list. If the TV is not detecting the TV stick, the driver installation may not have completed. If the TV stick is detected, the driver installation may have completed. The TV will now detect the TV stick.
