How do I fix the Ebay postal code error?

If you receive the error message, "eBay Postal Code Error," it means that the postal code you entered is invalid. There are a few reasons why this error might occur:

  1. You may have entered an incorrect postal code. Check to make sure that you entered the postal code correctly.

  2. The postal code you entered may be for a different country. Check to make sure that you are searching for items in the correct country.

1. Check the spelling of the postal code and try again

After the customer provides any other information that may be needed, the customer service representative will ask the customer to troubleshoot the eBay postal code error.
