How do I fix the error code 101 0744?

There are many possible causes for error code 101 0744. This error code typically indicates that there is a problem with the game's installation or that the game's files are corrupt. Sometimes this error code can also be caused by a conflict between the game and another program on your computer.

1. Restart your computer

  1. Shut down your computer
  2. Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds to restart your computer
  3. When your computer starts up, release the power button and sign in to Windows
  4. Click on the “Start” button and type in "cmd"
  5. In the "Command Prompt" window, type the following command: shutdown -r -f
  6. When the computer restarts, sign in to Windows and check for any new error codes

2. Check for updates

  1. Go to Start Menu and select Settings.
  2. In the Settings window, select System and Security.
  3. In the System and Security window, select Windows Update.
  4. In the Windows Update window, select Check for updates.

3. Run a virus scan

4. Check your computer's security settings
