1. Restart the server

To restart the server, open a command prompt, change to the server's directory, and type the following command: restart If the server is running Windows, you may need to type the following command: net stop terracotta net start terracotta

2. Re-initialize the repository

  1. Go to the "repository" tab on your Nexus account page and click on the "repository settings" link located on the left-hand side.
  2. On the repository settings page, click on the "repository initialization" link located at the top of the page.
  3. On the repository initialization page, click on the "reinitialize repository" button.
  4. On the confirmation page, click on the "reinitialize repository" button.
  5. The repository will be re-initialized and the error code terracotta will be fixed.

3. Increase the amount of available disk space

To increase the amount of available disk space on your computer, you will first need to determine the size of the partition that is currently taking up the majority of your disk space. Once you have determined the size of the partition, you can begin to delete old files and folders to free up space.

4. Clear the Terracotta data store

  1. Open the 'terracotta' application.
  2. In the 'terracotta' application, click on the 'Data Store' tab.
  3. In the 'Data Store' tab, click on the 'Clear' button.
  4. In the 'Clear Data Store' dialog box, click on the 'Clear' button.
  5. Click on the 'OK' button to close the 'Clear Data Store' dialog box.

5. Contact Terracotta support

  1. Open the Terracotta support website and click on "Support" in the top right corner.
  2. In the "Support" page, click on "Contact Us" in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your email address in the "Email address" field and click on "Next."
  4. In the "Subject" field, type "Terracotta error code" and click on "Next."
  5. In the "Message" field, enter the error code that you are experiencing and explain the problem.
  6. Click on "Send Message" and wait for a response from the Terracotta support team.
