The HTTP status code 104 indicates that the server has an internal problem and is unable to process the request. This is usually a temporary condition and the server will be able to process the request once the problem has been resolved.

1. Check your internet connection

  1. In your web browser, open the "Settings" menu and select "Network and Internet."

  3. Under "Settings that are specific to your network," click on the "Internet connection" link.
