Hulu proxy error is a problem that can occur when you try to access Hulu from a country that is not on their list of approved countries. This error code happens because Hulu checks your IP address to determine your location, and if it's not on their list, you'll get this error. There are a few ways to fix this, but the most common is to use a VPN. This will change your IP address to one that is on Hulu's list, and you'll be able to access the site without any problems.
