1. Check your internet connection

  1. In your web browser, type "https://www.hulu.com/" into the address bar.

2. Restart your device

  1. Launch the "Settings" app on your device.

  5. Select "English (U.S.)."
  6. Tap on the "Restart" button again.
  7. Your device will restart and you will be presented with the "Setup Wizard."
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restart process.
  9. Once your device has restarted, open the "Hulu" app and try to watch a video.

3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to hulu.com.
  2. On the homepage, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. In the menu that appears, click Clear Cache.
  4. In the window that pops up, click Clear Cookies.
  5. Click OK to close the window.

4. Try using a different browser

  1. Open your web browser and type "chrome://flags" into the address bar.
  2. On the resulting page, click on the "Enable experimental web platform features" button.
  3. Scroll down to the "Experimental Web Platform Features" section and select the "Hulu" option.
  4. Click on the "Enable" button.
  5. Refresh your browser window and try viewing Hulu content again.

  1. Go to Hulu's website and sign in.
  2. On the main page, click on the "Help" button.
  3. On the "Help" page, click on the "Contact Us" button.
  4. On the "Contact Us" page, enter your contact information and click on the "Submit" button.
  5. A message will appear stating that your contact information has been submitted.
  6. Click on the "Contact Us" button again and a new page will appear.
  7. On the new page, click on the "Live Chat" button.
  8. On the "Live Chat" page, enter your problem and click on the "Enter" button.
  9. A live chat agent will appear and will be able to help you with your problem.
