Linux error 13 is an error that prevents the user from booting the system.

1. Log as a Root user

Linux error 13 appears when you are attempting to change, edit or delete a system file, or root user files using a non-root user account. Please log in as a Root user. Also, while you are in a Root account you may want to change the other account to have a Root privilege.
