How to fix Samsung dryer error code DE?

The DE error code on a Samsung dryer indicates that the door is not closed properly. Make sure that the door is closed all the way and that there is nothing blocking it from closing. If the problem persists, call a technician.

1. Check the dryer's lint filter and clean it if necessary

  2. Locate the dryer's lint filter and remove it.
  3. Clean the filter with a brush or a vacuum cleaner.
