The van 152 error code is a result of a communication error between the computer and the vehicle's engine control unit (ECU). This can be caused by a number of things, including a loose connection, a bad ground, or a problem with the ECU itself. In some cases, the van 152 error code can be cleared by simply resetting the ECU. However, if the problem persists, it will likely need to be diagnosed and repaired by a qualified mechanic.
