Vudu Error Code 28 is an error code that indicates that the Vudu app is having trouble connecting to the internet. There are a few reasons why this might happen, including:

-The Vudu app is not set up to connect to the right type of network (for example, if you're trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network but the app is only set up to connect to cellular networks).

-There's something wrong with the network you're trying to connect to (for example, if the Wi-Fi network you're trying to connect to is password-protected but you don't have the password).

-The Vudu app is having trouble connecting to the Vudu servers (for example, if the servers are down for maintenance).

If you see the Vudu Error Code 28, try restarting the Vudu app and/or your device and then try connecting to the internet again. If that doesn't work, try connecting to a different network or contacting Vudu customer support for help.
