1. Restart your computer

  1. Click on the Start button.
  2. Type "cmd" in the Start Search box.
  3. Right-click on the "Command Prompt" icon and select "Run as Administrator."
  4. Type the following command in the Command Prompt window and press Enter: net stop netlogon
  5. Type the following command in the Command Prompt window and press Enter: net start netlogon
  6. Restart your computer.

2. Update your drivers

  1. Open Device Manager by clicking on the Start button, clicking on Control Panel, and then clicking on Device Manager.
  2. Expand the category “Sound, video, and game controllers”.
  3. Right-click on the device that you are trying to update and click on “Update driver”.
  4. Browse to the driver file that you downloaded and click on “Browse”.
  5. Select the driver file and click on “Open”.
  6. Click on “Yes” to the warning message that is displayed.
  7. The driver will be downloaded and installed.
