Solution 1.  Check Email Verification

“PS4 error CE-35287-5” may be due to an incorrect ID or the ID does not exist. You may want to check the email address that is linked to your account. An email verification from PSN might be pending.

Do not try creating an account using PS4, rather create an account using your computer.  Then, try to log in with PS4.

Solution 2. Power cycle (turn off) PS4 and Modem router

“PS4 error CE-35287-5” may also be caused by your PS4 or modem router cache. Please turn off then unplug your modem router and your PS4 for at least three minutes to flush out the cache in the device’s memory.

Also, if you are using a separate router, a firewall may be blocking your PS4 from communicating with the modem. Try to connect directly to your modem. If the error disappears, disable the firewall or bypass the firewall by configuring the router.
