Solution 1. Clean the disc

Your game disc may be unrecognized causing the  “Wii u error code 150.” In addition, your disc may be unreadable due to dust or a deep scratch. Make sure your disc is supported by your Wii U, with the same region code and compatible disc type. If your disc is for Wii (not Wii U) switch your  Wii mode, if your disc is for Wii U switch to Wii U mode.

For a dusty disc, try to clean the disc with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth. Let it dry first before using it. However, if the disc has a deep scratch it may not work anymore. Replacing it may the best alternative solution.
