Step 1. Uninstall the following software in your Control Panel

Please follow the order below start from the top to bottom

  • iTunes
  • Apple Software Update
  • Bonjour
  • iCloud
  • Mobile ME Control
  • Quicktime
  • Apple Application Support 32-bit
  • Apple Application Support 64-bit
  • Apple Mobile Device Support

Step 2. Checking for remaining unwanted files.

  • For Windows x64, go to C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files\Common Files (64bit)
  • For Windows x32, go to C:\Program Files (x86) and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files (32bit)

Step 3. Open Recycle bin and delete all deleted files.

Step 4. Download and install the latest version of Tunes

2. Run MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta
