1. Restart the Wyze app

  1. Tap on the Menu button
  2. Tap on the “Settings” option
  3. Tap on the “Restart” button
  4. Confirm the restart by clicking on the “Yes” button

3. Uninstall and reinstall the Wyze app

  1. Go to the Wyze app store on your phone and find the Wyze app you want to uninstall.
  2. Tap on the app icon and then tap on the “Uninstall” button.
  3. Tap on the “Confirm uninstall” button.
  4. Once the Wyze app has been uninstalled, go to your phone’s Settings app and scroll down to “Apps”.
  5. Tap on the “All” tab and then tap on the “Wyze” app.
  6. Click on the “Uninstall” button next to the Wyze app.
  7. Once the Wyze app has been uninstalled, go to your phone’s Settings app and scroll down to “General”.
  8. Tap on the “Restore” button and then select the “Wyze” app from the list of apps that will be restored.
  9. Once the Wyze app has been restored, click on the “OK” button.
  10. If the Wyze app does not start automatically, click on the “Start” button and then click on the Wyze app icon.
