Solution 1. Clean the disc

Xbox One error 0x91d70000 may sometimes appear when your disc is unreadable due to dirt or it may not be supported by your Xbox One. Make sure your DVD or Blu-ray Disc is from the same region where you purchased your Xbox One.

For dusty disc, please clean it using an isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth. Isopropyl alcohol dries quickly. However, if your disc has a deep scratch or damage it is not fixable but you may want to try cleaning the disc and try playing it again.

  1. Rub your disc using the soft cloth with isopropyl alcohol.
  2. Air dry it up for at least five seconds in a non-dusty area.
  3. Then try playing the disc.

Try the disc from other devices, especially a disc with a scratch. If the disc is no longer readable, please replace it. If the disc is readable by another player, the disc may be not supported by your Xbox One.
