Solution 1. Clear cache 

“Chrome error couldn’t load plugin” may occur due to bad Google Chrome cache which may interfere with sure plugins. Clearing the cache may fix the error. Please access chrome://settings/clearBrowserDat to clear the data.

  1. In Google Chrome address/search bar, type in chrome://settings/clearBrowserData.

  3. Check all checkbox below” Clear the following items from.”
  4. Then, click “Clear Browsing Data.”

Solution 2. Disable or Remove third-party plugin

“Chrome error couldn’t load plugin” could be caused by a corrupt plugin or incompatible with your Windows.  You may want to disable or uninstall all unwanted extensions. If the error still exists remove all extensions.

  1. In Google Chrome address/search bar, type in chrome://extensions/.

  3. Click the trash can icon to Remove.

Solution 3. Delete  PepperFlash folder

“Chrome error couldn’t load plugin”  could be caused by the Pepperflash. Your plug-in might only run in an adobe flash player, that why you need to delete or rename it. It might have a conflict with adobe flash player.

  1. Click Windows key + R.

  2. Copy an paste this “%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\User Data\” (without quotes) into the Run then press Enter key.
  3. Locate PepperFlash folder and then delete or rename it.
  4. Try if the error still exists.
