3. Delete  PepperFlash folder

“Chrome error couldn’t load plugin” could also be caused by PepperFlash. Your plug-in might only run in an Adobe Flash Player that's why you need to delete or rename PepperFlash, if you have it.

  1. Click Windows key + R.
  2. Copy and paste this "%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\User Data" (without quotes) into the Run then press Enter key.
  3. Locate PepperFlash folder and then delete or rename it.
