1. Check your internet connection and try again

  1. Open the internet browser on your computer.

3. Try connecting to a different server

  1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab on your account.
  2. Select the "Network" option.
  3. Click on the "Connections" tab.
  4. Select the server you would like to connect to.
  5. Click on the "Connect" button.
  6. If the connection is successful, the error code should disappear and you will be redirected to the main menu. If the connection is unsuccessful, please continue to the next step.
  7. Close all open programs and browser windows.
  8. Reboot your computer.
  9. Try connecting to the server again.
