How to fix Disney Plus error code 12?

Error code 12 on Disney+ is caused by an issue with the Disney+ app on your device. This can be caused by a number of things, including a problem with your internet connection, a problem with the Disney+ app, or a problem with your device. 1. Check your internet connection

  1. Try to connect to the internet using different devices and browsers.

2. Restart your device

4. Update the Disney+ app

  2. Select the "Update" tab located at the top of the app
  3. Enter your device's password if required and click on the "Update" button
  4. If the update is successful, the app will report that it has been updated and will display the latest version number
  5. If the update is not successful, the app will report an error code and provide instructions on how to fix it

5. Delete and reinstall the Disney+ app

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone and search for "Disney+".
  2. Tap the Disney+ app icon to open it.
  3. On the main screen, tap the three lines in the top left corner.
  4. Tap "Settings".
  5. On the "Settings" screen, tap "Applications".
  6. On the "Applications" screen, tap "Disney+".
  7. On the "Disney+" screen, tap "Deleting App?".
  8. Tap "Yes".
  9. Tap "Deleting App?" again.
  10. Tap "No".
  11. Tap "OK".
  12. Tap "Done".

6. Check for updates to your device's operating system

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap System.
  3. Tap About phone.
  4. Tap System updates.
  5. Tap Check for updates.
  6. If an update is available, tap Install.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
