3. Check for updates

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Software Update.
  2. In the list of available updates, choose the appropriate software for your computer.
  3. If there are updates available, HP Software Update will display a list of available updates and will ask if you want to install them.
  4. Select the updates that you want to install, and HP Software Update will begin to install them.
  5. When the updates are finished installing, HP Software Update will ask if you want to restart your computer.
  6. Select Yes, restart now.
