1. Check your internet connection

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser and type "netstat -an" into the address bar.
  2. Click on the "Network Connections" icon that will appear in the lower-left corner of the browser window.
  3. Right-click on the "Local Area Connection" that appears in the network connections list and select "Properties."
  4. In the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" section, click on the "Ping" button.
  5. In the "Type" field, type the IP address of your Disney Plus account.
